Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, felt unique. Did the basics really well. Fun little balcony.

Good central location for seeing the city and getting about. Well-run business, with friendly, helpful staff. Efficient, clean and comfortable. Not a luxury option, but then that was not what I was looking for.

Location is excelent, parking is in the facility 100m distant, 8 Euro extra charge per day. Wi-fi and A/C worked perfectly. Good value for money for a short stay.

Lena Hotel is a small, centrally located, place, immaculate and well maintained, with helpful and friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast. Great for a short stay.

The location is absolutely perfect - both for the old town and the ferry port. We were here for a night in transit and got to enjoy the town and also catch our ferry early the next morning without a hassle.
The staff arranged for us to have drinking water; we had late night access with a fob and self-checkout in the morning. It worked out great.

Having the breakfast is a real plus in the customer experience as they will serve you a great original breakfast with good products and exceptional freshly pressed orange juice.

Great service - very helpful, responding quickly to messages or calls. The rooms had everything needed, very clean and comfortable. The hotel is walking distance from the city centre.

The staff were very helpful with my every need and very kind. The place is clean, comfy and quiet, near the places that worth visiting in the city. Big thumbs up!

Location was great, all in the proximity. Close to the public transport and to the touristic locations. Walk to the sea was just couple of minutes. Very helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay at Lena Hotel!
